Notes, Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of RM5,000 is required upon confirmation of the project. Works commence once the deposit is received.
2. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date stated above.
3. The design fee is based on the preliminary design proposal at the time of submission and is subject to adjustment upon the final scope of work.
4. All proposed designs, furniture, lighting and furnishings are subject to availability. BLANKCO HOLDINGS SDN BHD reserves the right to substitute similar or equivalent products at its discretion.
5. Any additional request or deviation from the agreed scope of work during the project will be subject to a revision of fees and timeline.
6. BLANKCO HOLDINGS SDN BHD reserves the right to dismantle and remove completed works if payment is not fully settled.
7. Commencement: upon settlement of the deposit, clearance from building management and confirmation of design.
8. Completion: 30 to 45 working days from the date of commencement.
9. Any item purchased directly by the property owner remains the owner's own responsibility.
10. This quotation includes a RM3,000 fee for the "Blank Finance" service — a payment plan that allows you to renovate now and pay later.
